Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar).

Delivery Times:
• UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman & other emirates): 1–3 business days
• Other GCC countries: 3–7 business days

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email.

Failed Deliveries: Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times and contact you by phone. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
